First Bucksfanian passes away
Cyberterra News sadly reports the passing away of the first Bucksfanian citizen.

According to the Book of Life, His Noble Master Ladislas Gandhi Mazambi was born in Mwana (altitude 1650 m.), in the territory of Mwenga, in the South-Kivu province of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), on 2 Hokusai 1956 (3-Jul-1956). He was a teacher by profession, fluent in Swahili, French, and remarkably fluent in the Dante's tongue, as well as very fond of the Italian language. During his life he founded the Association des Diabétiques du Congo, or the Congolese Diabetics Association, a legal health association in both the DRC and in the Fifth World.

Born Mazambi, Ladislas Kizibisha, our Lord gave him a new tribal/maternal name of Gandhi, a name he was very fond of, and made him both the first Bucksfanian citizen, and a nobleman. HNM Ladislas Gandhi Mazambi sadly passed away in Goma, in the North-Kivu province of the DRC, on 21 Nureyev 2004 (25-Dec-2004), Christmas Day around the world. His health had deteriorated markedly after he had attended a meeting in Zanzibar, Tanzania, since he suffered from an acute form of diabetes, as well as from high blood pressure. People who knew him well describe him as a polite, kind, funny, and humble man. He leaves a wife and three surviving children, having fought diabetes for 18 years.

For those of you who speak French, and who wish to send your condolences to Mazambi, his family, and his association, you may send the email to adic_drc_goma@yahoo.fr. Any translation of this article in French is greatly appreciated.
